Order Processing: All listed items are made with care and ready to ship within 1–3 business days of your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery: We ship via USPS First Class Mail by default, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days within the U.S. International Orders not currently available.

Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your handmade piece as it travels to you.

Refund Policy: Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you experience any issues and we will happily try to resolve your concerns.

Custom orders are non-refundable.
